Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or colour, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Customers are responsible for shipping the original item back to us. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement item to you at no additional shipping cost.
Please note that free return shipping is available for exchanges only. Customers requesting a refund are responsible for all return shipping costs.
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and approved.
Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help make the return process as simple as possible.
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order (based on carrier tracking).
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be free from stains, odors, pet hair, damage, or any signs of wear
- Be returned in their original packaging whenever possible
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning your item, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Final Sale Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Underwear and undergarments
- Socks (if opened or worn)
- Clearance or discounted items marked as Final Sale
- Customized, personalized, embroidered, or printed products unless they are defective or an error was made on our part
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
