Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Hartty Clothing. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 CAD before taxes. Orders under $150 CAD will be charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout based on destination.
Carriers
We ship via Canada Post and/or other reputable Canadian carriers. The carrier used will depend on your location and order size.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

British Columbia & Alberta: 2-5 business days
Rest of Canada: 5-10 business days

Shipping Destination
We currently ship within Canada only. We do not ship to international addresses at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your label is created.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at salmonarm@harttyclothing.ca and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available at our Salmon Arm location. Select local pickup at checkout if you prefer to collect your order in person.
